2010 Night of 100 Stars

Cortney Bailey hosting "Night of 100 Stars" wears a Christian Dior gown.

This year’s “Night of 100 Stars” Oscar viewing gala was the hottest ticket in town. If you were not actually at the Oscars, the Night of 100 Stars party, held at the world famous Beverly Hills Hotel, was the event to attend! Norby Walters has generously produced the glamorous, black-tie event for 20 years. The star-studded event boasted over 200 stars, which included 50 precious Oscar winners and nominees.

Once again I hosted LIVE on the Red Carpet and again at the media wall outside the main ballroom. The beautiful Renee Esebag of Elite Fashion Academy of Los Angeles co-hosted the show along with me. We were able to interview many celebrities, industry producers and up and coming stars! Below is a list of several of the celebs we chatted it up with on the Red Carpet:

John Corbett
Larry Hagman
Gloria Allred
Florence La Rue
Jeff Ross
Evan Handler
Alan Thicke
Sally Kirkland
Jayde Nichole
Tia Carrerera
Josie Davis
Florence Henderson
Mimi Rogers
Jason Ritter
Peter Cromwell
Ken Davitian
Cindy Margolis
Martin Landau
Cory Feldman
Buzz Aldrin
Gary Busey
& Many More!

This year’s party was broadcast LIVE on Night of 100 Star’s web-site and other media outlets. Over 50 million people tuned in to watch the interviews. Crescendo Ward was the Executive Producer of the broadcast.

Night of 100 Stars 20th anniversary proved to be just as exciting as past years and I look forward to seeing you again next year on the Red Carpet!

Cheers!

Unemployment: Will The Real Number Please Stand Up?

The news reports on unemployment figures from the government are not exactly accurate. What they forget to total in is those not in the labor market, those marginally in the labor market and those part-time workers who are still searching for a full-time position. Watch the below video and see how the unemployment rate really does not address the real number.

Cheers!
